Sec. 26-142.11. Payment of chargesLinkCopy Citation
The owner or secured party of a vehicle which has been impounded may reclaim such vehicle within twenty-one (21) days of the date notice is mailed by towing company pursuant to Sections 26-142.08 or 26-142.09 by paying all towing and storage charges and costs of notice incurred in connection with said impoundment pursuant to regulations issued by the Director.
