Sec. 26-173. Registration

All off-road vehicles shall be registered with the Prince George's County Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement and shall display the registration tag issued by the Department. The registration tag shall be firmly attached and kept clean and legible at all times. The registration fee shall be Thirty Dollars ($30.00) and shall be valid for two (2) years. The off-road vehicle shall be required to be reregistered upon sale or transfer to any new owner. Registration of the vehicle shall be in the name of the owner or, where the owner is under the age of eighteen (18) years, in the name of the parent or guardian.
