Motorized golf carts may be operated on any licensed public or private golf course. Mobility devices for disabled persons including electric motor-driven wheelchairs and scooters are exempt from the requirements of this Division. All-terrain vehicles used by government agencies in the performance of their official duties are exempt from the requirements of this Division.
