No person shall willfully damage, destroy, or tamper with any parking meter, sign, or writing erected pursuant to this Division. Any person violating this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100) for each offense.
