## Sec. 26-135.02. Removal of cones and objects by County agencies; exceptions

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 26-135.02 (2026)

(a) The Department of Public Works and Transportation, the Department of the Environment, and the County Police Department are authorized to remove cones and objects on any County road, street, highway, or public right-of-way.

(b) The removal of cones and objects set forth in Sec. 26-135.02(a) shall not apply to an official use by a governmental entity, or use by a public utility.
