## Sec. 28-252. Definitions

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 28-252 (2026)

(a) Terms used in this Division are defined as follows:

  (1) Civil violation: Violation of the County Code which specifically references a civil fine.

  (2) Enforcement official: An employee of this County authorized by the County Executive or his designee to issue a citation for a civil violation.

  (3) Repeated violation: A recurring violation of the same provision of the County Code by the same person.
