## Sec. 3-130. Euthanasia

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 3-130 (2026)

At the end of the minimum periods provided for in this Subdivision, unredeemed and unadopted animals which have become the property of Prince George's County, Maryland, may be disposed of by euthanasia. Euthanasia shall be administered in accordance with regulations promulgated by the Director pursuant to Section 3-105 herein.
