Sec. 3-179. Compliance with Zoning OrdinanceLinkCopy Citation
The use of any land or building in Prince George's County, Maryland, for any purpose described in this Subtitle must comply with the provisions of Subtitle 27, Zoning, Prince George's County Code, as the same is amended from time to time. The grant of a license for the operation of any animal holding facility under this Subtitle shall not constitute permission to operate an animal holding facility in violation of Subtitle 27, Prince George's County Code.
