Sec. 3-184. Sales of turtles prohibited; presumptionLinkCopy Citation
(a)
No persons shall sell or offer for sale pet turtles.
(b)
The sale or offer for sale of any turtle shall be presumed to be for purposes of a pet unless offered for sale or sold to food processors, zoos, or person having a known use of turtles other than for pets.
