Sec. 30-304. ApplicabilityLinkCopy Citation
The PDR program shall be available to all land zoned AG, AR, RE, and RR in the Rural and Agricultural Areas. Any conservation easement acquired under the PDR program shall be voluntarily offered by the landowner.
