## Sec. 31-121. Membership; composition

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 31-121 (2026)

In appointing the members of the Authority, the County Executive shall make appointments that fairly reflect the minority and female composition of the County. Confirmation of the members of the Authority by the County Council shall conclusively evidence compliance with the preceding sentence.
