## Sec. 32-115. Exemption from Review Fees

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 32-115 (2026)

(a) Upon certification by the Superintendent of Schools that a construction project is a part of an educational program of the Prince George's County Public Schools, the Director shall waive any fees that would be otherwise required by this Subtitle.

(b) The Director shall waive any review fees that would be otherwise required by this Subtitle for any construction project that is undertaken by the Prince George's County Public Schools and any affiliated governmental agencies.
