## Sec. 32-116. Administration and Enforcement of Subtitle — Generally

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 32-116 (2026)

(a) Administration and enforcement of this Subtitle shall be by the Director of the Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement.

(b) The Director shall have the power and the duty to enforce the provisions of this Subtitle and all fees provided in this Subtitle shall be paid to the order of Prince George's County. All permits shall be issued by the Director in the name of Prince George's County, Maryland.
