## Sec. 32-117. Interpretations, etc., by Director

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 32-117 (2026)

Whenever in the regulations provided for in this Subtitle it is provided that anything shall be done to the approval of or subject to the direction of the Director, this shall be construed to give the Director only the discretion of determining whether the rules and standards established by this Subtitle have been complied with, and no such provision shall be construed as giving any officer discretionary powers to establish such regulations or standards or power to require conditions not prescribed by this Subtitle or any other ordinance of the County or to enforce any provisions of this Subtitle in an arbitrary or discriminatory manner.
