## Sec. 32-128. Same; Other Permits Required

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 32-128 (2026)

Permits issued pursuant to this Division do not relieve the owner/permittee of responsibility for securing required permits for work to be done which is regulated by any other applicable code, act or ordinance. The provisions of this Division shall not preclude the inclusion in such other permit of more stringent regulation or requirements concerning the grading of land.
