Sec. 32-177. Stormwater Management Design Plans; requiredLinkCopy Citation
(a)
A concept plan shall be submitted for approval to the Department.
(b)
All preliminary plans of subdivisions shall be consistent with any County approved concept plan.
(c)
The applicant shall submit a stormwater management design plan to the Department.
(d)
If any plan involves any stormwater management facilities or land to be dedicated to public use, the same information also shall be submitted for review and approval to the agency having jurisdiction over the land or other appropriate agencies identified by the Director for review and approval. This plan shall serve as the basis for all subsequent construction.
