## Sec. 32-207.08. Construction and Design Standards within the Floodplain — Roads, Bridges, Culverts, Dams and In-Stream Ponds

Construction of roads, bridges, culverts, dams and in-stream ponds in non-tidal waters of the State shall not be constructed unless they comply with this section and the applicant has received a permit from MDE.
