Section 1502.5 is added to read as follows: "Gutters and Downspouts." Unless constructed with parapet walls and coping, all exterior walls shall be provided with gutters and downspouts or leaders to dispose of roof drainage to comply with the International Plumbing Code or other local jurisdiction codes.
