(a)
Section 1808.1 is modified to include the following: Minimum size: All footings shall be designed for a soil load bearing value of 1500 pounds per square foot (psf) unless a geotechnical report is submitted.
(b)
Section 1808.7, Footings on or Adjacent to Slopes. The placement of buildings and structures on or adjacent to slopes steeper than one (1) unit vertical in three (3) units horizontal (or a 33.3% slope) shall conform to Section 1808.7.1 through 1808.7.5 of this Code. However, if there is a conflict between the requirements of this Section and Subtitle 32 of the County Code, the more restrictive requirements shall apply.
