## Sec. 4-274. General requirements

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 4-274 (2026)

(a) EV Charging Regulations. DPIE shall implement a review process for permits to install electric vehicle charging stations and publish regulations governing the installation and performance of such charging stations.

(b) EV Circuit Labeling. Where EV parking is provided, the service panel or subpanel circuit directory shall identify the spaces reserved to support EV charging as "EV-Ready". The circuit termination point shall also be marked as "EV-Ready".

(c) EVSE Maintenance Standard. EVSE shall be maintained in good condition in all respects, including the functioning of equipment, by the property owner.
