## Sec. 5-188. Permit term; renewal

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 5-188 (2026)

(a) The permit issued pursuant to this Division shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from issuance and may be renewed without a public hearing from year to year upon the payment of a fee of One Dollar ($1.00) for each event to be held during the year or the annual fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00).

(b) No application shall be filed or considered for a particular location under this Division for a period of one (1) year from the date the original application was denied by the Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement.
