## Sec. 5-195. Rules and regulations; fees

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 5-195 (2026)

The Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement shall, subject to the approval of the County Council, issue licenses and prescribe reasonable rules and regulations in connection with any license issued under Section 5-194 as may seem right and proper and require the payment of reasonable fees therefor.
