## Sec. 5-214. Application

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 5-214 (2026)

Application for a public swimming pool license shall be made on forms provided by the County Health Officer. The owner of the swimming pool, the lessor of the swimming pool or the property management company shall be the responsible party and must sign as the applicant for the license.
