Sec. 5-221. Preopening inspectionLinkCopy Citation
(a)
A preopening inspection of all seasonal pools shall be made by the Health Department to determine compliance with all provisions of this Division prior to issuing the yearly operating license required in Section 5-213.
(b)
A fee of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) shall be paid for each preopening reinspection.
