Sec. 5-223. Qualifications of lifeguards; certificates requiredLinkCopy Citation
Public swimming pool lifeguards must be fifteen (15) years of age or older, and hold a valid certificate approved by the County Health Officer. Lifeguard certificates required by this Section shall be available for presentation at all times.
