## Sec. 5-108. Benefit proceeds

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 5-108 (2026)

The proceeds of the benefit performance shall inure to such group or organization for the promotion of and to be used for any charitable, benevolent, patriotic, educational, religious, or civic object and not for the private gain of any member of such group or organization.
