Sec. 5-114. Inspections requiredLinkCopy Citation
(a)
Except for charitable gaming events, the Department shall conduct an initial preoperating inspection as well as periodic inspections to insure that the permit conditions are complied with.
(b)
For charitable gaming events, the Department shall conduct such periodic inspections as necessary to insure compliance with the provisions of this Division.
