## Sec. 5-253. Application for license

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 5-253 (2026)

Applications for licenses shall be filed with the Prince George's County Health Department on forms supplied by the County Health Officer reasonably requiring information identifying the licensee, the location of the operation of the facility and the licensee's ability to carry out the operation pursuant to the regulations.
