## Sec. 5-324. Model studio facilities

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 5-324 (2026)

(a) Model studio facilities shall be located in a proper zoning district as specified in the Zoning Ordinance, Subtitle 27, Prince George's County Code.

(b) Model studio facilities shall comply with all requirements of the Building Code, Subtitle 4, Prince George's County Code, as amended.

(c) A recognizable and legible sign shall be posted at the main entrance identifying the premises as a model studio. Any sign shall comply with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance, Subtitle 27, Prince George's County Code.
