Sec. 5-331. Appeals from the Board of Administrative AppealsCopy Citation

Any party aggrieved by a decision of the Board of Appeals pursuant to Section 5-330 herein may appeal that decision to the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Maryland. The appeal shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1100, Subtitle B, Maryland Rules of Procedure.
