Sec. 5-2703. License required; feeLinkCopy Citation
(a)
No person shall operate an adult book store and/or an adult video store without first having obtained an adult book store and/or an adult video store license from the Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement.
(b)
Each license shall expire three years from the date of issuance. A new license must be obtained by making an application pursuant to this Division.
