## Sec. 5-2909. Enforcement

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 5-2909 (2026)

(a) Any violation of this Subdivision shall be subject to a fine of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for a first violation, a fine of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for a second violation, and a fine of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for a third and any subsequent violation.

(b) The Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement shall administer and enforce this Division.
