## Sec. 5-131. Notification to landlords

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 5-131 (2026)

(a) Upon the filing of an application for registration of a Family Day Care Home with the Department of Social Services, a person who is a lessee shall notify the owner of the premises of the application.

(b) Upon the filing of an application for a license for a Day Care Center for Adults with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, a person who is a lessee shall notify the owner of the premises of the application.

(c) Upon the filing of an application for a license for a Day Care Center for the Elderly with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, a person who is a lessee shall notify the owner of the premises of the application.
