Sec. 5-158. Fingerprinting and photographing of applicantsLinkCopy Citation
Every applicant for a license for purposes of fortunetelling and similar practices as heretofore defined shall be fingerprinted and photographed by the Prince George's County Police Department; and, said fingerprints and photographs shall be maintained in the regular and ordinary course of business of said police department.
