## Sec. 5-159.01. Expiration date of license

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 5-159.01 (2026)

A license or approval is valid from one year from the date of issuance unless revoked or suspended or otherwise terminated, and shall be renewed from year to year upon application and payment of the annual fee.
