Sec. 5-162. Notification of legal proceedingsLinkCopy Citation
Every licensee shall report in writing to the Director or his designee, any legal proceeding within ten (10) days from the date of notice to the licensee, if such proceeding relates to the business of "fortunetelling and similar practices" as heretofore defined.
