Sec. 5-176. DefinitionsLinkCopy Citation
(a)
The following definitions apply in this Division:
(1)
Director means the Director of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement or the Director's designee.
(2)
Ice or roller skating rink means a facility which provides recreational skating which is not owned or operated by a governmental entity.
(3)
Office means the Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement.
(4)
Special event means any event conducted at an ice or roller skating rink to which the general public is invited or may attend with or without the payment of an admission fee.
