## Sec. 5-178. Revocation or modification of a permit

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 5-178 (2026)

Any permit issued under this Division may be revoked, or modified at any time by the Director, after the opportunity for a hearing, for violation of the permit conditions or for any other cause which seriously threatens the health, safety or welfare of the general public.
