## Sec. 5-180. Civil offense; civil fine

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 5-180 (2026)

(a) Any violation of this Division shall be a civil offense subject to the following penalty:

  (1) Each violation - $1,000.00.

(b) The procedures of Subdivision 1, Division 3, Subtitle 28 of this Code shall apply.
