### Sec. 5-184.22. Nuisances and abatement

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 5-184.22 (2026)

The County Council of Prince George's County, Maryland declares that the operation of massage establishments in violation of this Division causes and threatens real and substantial injury to the public health, safety, welfare and morals and that the operation of massage establishments in violation of the provisions of this Division constitutes a public nuisance. In addition to the other remedies prescribed in this Division, the County, by the Office of Law, may bring equitable actions to abate such public nuisances.
