The Emergency Management Organization shall establish, and its officers shall execute and enforce, such order, rules and regulations as may be made by the County Executive or the Director of Emergency Management under the provisions of this Subtitle. Such Organization shall have available for inspection at its office all such orders, rules and regulations.
