Sec. 6-131. Emergency Management Council; compositionLinkCopy Citation
(a)
There is hereby created an Emergency Management Council which shall be composed of seven (7) members, as follows:
(1)
Director. The Director of the Emergency Management Organization shall also serve as the Director of the Emergency Management Council.
(2)
Assistant Director. The Assistant Director shall be appointed by the Director.
(3)
Representatives. The Director shall appoint five (5) members who are residents of the County to serve on the Emergency Management Council. The representatives shall serve without compensation and at the pleasure of the Director.
