## Sec. 6-136. Effective date of proclamation; termination

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 6-136 (2026)

Upon filing with the Clerk the proclamation, it shall become effective, having the force of law, and it shall remain in full force and effect until it has been terminated by filing a copy of the termination with the Clerk by the County Executive.
