## Sec. 7-201. Personnel under merit system

Prince George's County, Md., Code § 7-201 (2026)

All employees appointed by the state's attorney shall be subject to the County's personnel system as to qualifications, compensation, and all other regulations, with the exception of the deputy and assistant state's attorneys and the administrative assistant to the state's attorney, as provided by State law.
