Title 11. Anne Arundel County

Subtitle 15. Issuance or Denial of Licenses

The prohibition against issuing multiple licenses to an individual or for use of an entity does not apply to:

(1)

resort complexes;

(2)

entertainment facilities, including entertainment concessions;

(3)

motel–restaurant complexes;

(4)

hotel–restaurant complexes having at least 100 rooms; or

(5)

hotel–limited service (on–sale) licenses.
