(a)
There is a Class D beer license.
(b)
The license may be issued to a holder of a Class 5 brewery license.
(c)
The license authorizes the license holder to sell at retail beer brewed on the brewery premises for on–premises consumption.
(d)
The Board shall establish the hours and days of sale under the license.
(e)
The annual license fee is $300.
