Section 6–402 (“General penalty”) of Division I of this article applies in the county.

For a violation that is cause for suspension or revocation of a license, after holding a public hearing and finding that a person has violated an alcoholic beverages law or regulation, the Board may: impose a fine not exceeding $2,000; suspend or revoke the license; or impose a fine and suspend or revoke the license.
