# Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis (GAB)

## Title 14. Calvert County

### Subtitle 1. Definitions; General Provisions

#### Section 14-101

(a) In this title:

  (1) the definitions in Sec. 1-101 of this article apply without exception or variation; and

  (2) the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Board" means the Board of License Commissioners for Calvert County.

(c) "County" means Calvert County.

(d) "Light wine" means wine that contains not more than 15.5% of alcohol by volume.

#### Section 14-102

This title applies only in Calvert County.

#### Section 14-103

A copy of any legislation concerning alcoholic beverages enacted by the County Commissioners under this title shall be sent to the Department of Legislative Services, 90 State Circle, Annapolis, Maryland 21401.
