There is a wine tasting (WT) license. The Board may issue the license to a holder of a beer and wine (BW) license or beer, wine, and liquor (BWL) license. The license authorizes the holder to allow the consumption of wine for tasting if: the license holder is authorized to sell the wine; and the consumer is not charged for the wine. The Board shall regulate: the quantity of wine served to each individual; and the number of bottles of wine from which this quantity is served. In addition to the cost of a BW license or BWL license, the annual license fee is $100.
