Subtitle 6. Beer Licenses

(a)

There is a Class D beer license.

(b)

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail:

(i)

at the place described in the license for on–premises consumption; and

(ii)

at the discretion of the board, for off–premises consumption.

(2)

A license may not be issued for a drugstore.

(c)

The annual license fee is $250.
